We've Switched to FedEx For All International Orders!
 
Dear Boutique Owner, 
 
Effective as of today, FedEx will become our exclusive carrier for all orders including international orders. Previously we shipped domestic orders via FedEx and international orders via DHL, now all orders will be shipped via FedEx.
 
All necessary changes have been made by us and you will not be required to implement or download any features. The system will print the appropriate FedEx label. Nothing on your end will change except that all international shipments will now be sent via FedEx. Please note that all international orders need to be dropped off directly with FedEx and should not be dropped off at a Post Office. FedEx does provide free packaging for any international orders and they can be picked up from your nearest FedEx drop off location, please be sure to use shipping bags and not boxes whenever possible.
 
As always, we highly recommend you obtain a receipt when dropping off any packages anywhere. Scanning a package and obtaining a receipt is extremely important in the event that there are any issues, as you will have proof that you dropped it off. If you don't have a FedEx drop off near you please email us at help@shoptiques.com and we can schedule a pick up for you.
 
If you received an order as we were implementing the change and are unable to print a label for the order, please email us and we will let you know once the FedEx label is ready to print.
